As part of a series of groundbreaking ceremonies for major projects in the Van Don economic zone in Quang Ninh province, on April 30, 2022, Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company held the ground-breaking ceremony of the Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don tourism, resort and entertainment complex project, with a total investment of more than VND 5,500 billion.

On June 1, 2022, the Board of Directors of Everland Group Joint Stock Company (stock ticker: EVG) issued Resolution No. 29/2022/NQ-HQT-EVG appointing Mr. Nguyen Thuc Can to the position of CEO. The announcement ceremony of the above Resolution was held on the morning of June 2, 2022, at the Group's Headquarters.
