BEA Group is expected to bring unique, impressive, and highly applicable design solutions to the projects based on its proven reputation and numerous prestigious awards in the field of architecture and design. Everland is currently and will be implementing real estate projects, particularly coastal resort projects.

Delta Group and Artelia Vietnam, two prestigious brands in the field of construction and supervision, will collaborate with Everland to accelerate the implementation of construction work and construction supervision work at the Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don tourism, resort, and entertainment complex project. The goal is to ensure the progress and quality of the project’s works, to be worthy of its position as the driving force of the Van Don Economic Zone.

During the event, Everland Group also signed a cooperation agreement with Vietthink Law Firm, under which Vietthink will provide legal consulting for Everland's business activities and investment projects. The companionship of Vietthink, a prestigious and leading brand in legal counsel for investment, real estate, and construction industries, will ensure that Everland's investment projects always comply with the law and strictly adhere to legal procedures to avoid potential risks.

Everland is making rapid but steady progress in the field of real estate investment thanks to a strategic vision and the companionship and cooperation of leading domestic and international prestigious partners. The Group is currently working on a number of large-scale urban and hospitality real estate projects in provinces and cities throughout Vietnam, including Quang Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Dong Thap, and An Giang.

In Quang Ninh, Everland focuses on implementing the Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don tourism, resort and entertainment complex project with a total investment of more than 5,500 billion VND. The project is currently working on the underground part, which is expected to be completed and put into operation in early 2025.
