Previously, Everland's Board of Directors issued Resolution No. 28/2022/NQ-HDQT- EVG, which dismissed Mr. Le Dinh Vinh from the position of CEO effective June 1, 2022, so that Mr. Vinh could focus on his duties as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Nguyen Thuc Can was born in 1972 and graduated from Hanoi National Economics University with a bachelor's degree in Economics (major in Business Administration). The new CEO has extensive experience in business administration and management, as well as market experience, and has spent many years working with Everland Group. Mr. Nguyen Thuc Can previously served as Everland's CEO from 2016 to 2019, and as Vice Chairman of the Everland Group's Board of Directors from 2019 to the present.

Everland Group and its member companies are currently working on a number of modern and comprehensive tourism and hospitality real estate projects, including Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don luxury resort and entertainment complex (Quang Ninh); Crystal Holidays Marina Phu Yen; Xuan Dai Bay Commercial Service and Tourist Resort Complex (Phu Yen); Everland Park entertainment and resort complex (Khanh Hoa); Flower World Sa Dec urban and tourism complex (Dong Thap); Everland Park Hill Golf & Residences (Thanh Hoa); and Crystal Holidays Heritage Ly Son tourism complex (Quang Ngai).

Everland also owns a number of tourism brands, including Active Travel Asia, Crystal Holidays Travel, Crystal Holidays Hospitality, Crystal Holidays Marina, and Crystal Holidays Cruise. In addition, Everland works with many of the world's largest hotel management companies, including Wyndham, Centara, and Best Western, and has partnered with Ztudium Technology Group (UK) to launch a project to digitize the smart tourism and real estate ecosystem using blockchain, AI, and IoT technology.
