The successful transaction of 80% of the units in Phase One has created momentum for the Northern resort real estate market. This success lays the foundation for the launch of Phase Two, focusing on the sale of Tower C (The Harmony), which includes over 400 resort apartments directly overlooking Bai Tu Long Bay. Each apartment is optimally designed in terms of area and functionality, with prices starting from VND 1.9 billion. Owners can use the apartments for personal purposes or lease them to tourists, generating sustainable returns.

At the Phase Two kick-off event, Home & Home Real Estate Joint Stock Company, the project's authorized business development unit, signed sales agency contracts with 11 real estate distribution companies. Over 500 business professionals from these agencies are expected to set new records in bookings and transactions.

Ms. Hoang Phuong Thao, Deputy General Director of An Viet Homes, one of the project's distribution units, highly evaluated the project's potential. She stated, "The project's products are quite attractive in terms of pricing and stable cash flow, indicating sustainable profitability. We are committed to closely collaborating with the developer and other agencies to expedite the sales of Phase Two units."

During the event, the developer announced the sales policy for Phase Two, including incentives for both distribution agencies and apartment buyers. Specifically, besides a flexible pricing scheme, customers are offered discounts of up to 14% of the total apartment value and various gifts. Additionally, customers can benefit from bank interest rate support for up to 24 months and deferred payment options after apartment handover.

Ms. Hong Anh, a guest from Hanoi attending the event, is also considering purchasing an apartment in The Harmony tower. Her intention is to use the unit both as a relaxing weekend retreat for her family and as a rental property to generate long-term, stable income. She expressed strong confidence in the project’s profit potential.

With its prime location featuring dual frontages overlooking Bai Tu Long Bay and seamless connections to Van Don International Airport, the Ha Long – Van Don – Mong Cai Expressway, Ao Tien International Port, and both domestic and international waterways, the project is positioned by the developer as a "Connected City" at the heart of the Van Don Economic Zone.

Each apartment is meticulously designed and built with high-end materials, offering luxurious amenities and facilities tailored to meet the lifestyle, work, leisure, and international networking needs of global citizens across generations.
